Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all orders placed on the LVestiaire online store.

1. Right of withdrawal (private customers)

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email or post, clearly indicating their order number.


2. Conditions for reimbursement eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

They must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

They must be returned in their original packaging , with all labels intact.

It must show no signs of wear, deterioration, or odor.

LVestiaire reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.


3. Non-refundable items

Except in the case of a defect or error on our part, certain items cannot be refunded, including:

Personalized or custom-made items

Gift cards

Items on sale or promotion (if mentioned at the time of purchase)

Unsealed underwear or hygiene products


4. Return Procedure

Contact LVestiaire customer service to report the return request.

Return the items to the address provided by our customer service.

Attach the order number or any document that allows identification of the buyer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.


5. Timeframes and terms of reimbursement

After receiving and verifying the returned items, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days .

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.

Initial delivery charges are not refundable, except in the case of a total return of the order due to an error attributable to LVestiaire.


6. Defective products or order error

In the event of a defective product or an error in the order, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible. LVestiaire will then cover the return shipping costs and offer an exchange or a refund.
