These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the LVestiaire website (hereinafter "the Site"), to any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 2 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the rights and obligations of LVestiaire and the Client in the context of the online sale of products offered on the Site.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is presented with a description that is as accurate as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.

Article 4 – Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
LVestiaire reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5 – Order

The Customer places an order on the Site according to the applicable process. All orders constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

LVestiaire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or failure to pay.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The following payment methods are accepted: [bank cards, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].

Transactions are secured by an online payment system that complies with current standards.

Article 7 – Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. LVestiaire cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return.

Article 9 – Returns and Refunds

All returns must be requested in advance from LVestiaire by email to the following address: [contact email].

Damaged, worn or incomplete products will not be accepted for return.

Article 10 – Legal Guarantees

The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 11 – Liability

LVestiaire cannot be held responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products.

LVestiaire's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

Article 12 – Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with current regulations (GDPR).

The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting LVestiaire.

Article 13 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of LVestiaire. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 14 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.

Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
