These terms of service govern access to and use of the LVestiaire website and sales made through the online store.

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTC/GTU") are intended to define the rights and obligations of LVestiaire and its customers in the context of the online sale of products offered on the site.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of consultation by the user, within the limits of available stock.

LVestiaire takes great care in the presentation and description of its products. However, minor variations may exist (colors, details), without incurring any liability on the part of LVestiaire.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

LVestiaire reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of validation of the order.

5. Order

The order is validated when the customer:

selects the products,

check the order summary,

accepts these Terms and Conditions,

proceeds with the payment.

An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email. LVestiaire reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those listed on the website.

Transactions are secured via security protocols that comply with current standards.

7. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. LVestiaire cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

9. Refunds

In the event of a valid return, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.

10. Responsibility

LVestiaire cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the products sold.

LVestiaire's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks, design) are the exclusive property of LVestiaire or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
